I specialise in Dynamic Yoga which is a modern style influenced by Hatha, Ashtanga using poses, vinyasa and breathing techniques. Fluid controlled movements to build strength, balance, flexibility and a peaceful mind.
My classes can be very physical but I do also teach softer forms.
