I'm pleased to announce that I will be teaching a gentle Yoga class for Seniors at Fairplay Sport. The class is in collaberation with U3A which promotes activites for people over 55 years old.
We will be focusing on relaxed poses and stretching to help balance and suppleness for day to day life. I look forward to seeing you there. The address is map ….
