Yoga workshop for singers

Had possibly my best time ever doing a yoga workshop this weekend for

Sheffield's Barbershop Hallmark of Harmony

An early start on Sunday with lots of balancing, breathing and some seriously powerful chanting. The sound of 90+ singers projecting mantras was incredible and like nothing I have heard before (even compared to satsang in an ashram).
