Had a fantastic time doing a yoga workshop in S11 last Saturday. Despite the great weather, it being the start of half term and the half marathon (that many of you cardio junkies were doing :) we had a great turnout. High energy and you guys enjoyed some hard practice, lots of chaturanga power! I'm planning on doing more weekend yoga workshops so keep an eye out, subscribe to my Facebook, Instagram.
