Sheffield university yoga and meditation workshops

Had a great time last week at Sheffield Hallam University (SHU) staff wellbeing week. Ran two workshops, 'Dynamic Yoga for intermediates' and 'Meditation and breathing'. Great turn out and lovely feedback, thanks guys and look forward to seeing you again.
